Poor Baby

It came on quick....but Jackson is sick. He started a runny nose on Thursday, and was coughing yesterday (Friday). Last night, after being asleep for only about 2 hours, he started the barky/croupy cough. I took him outside, all bundled up, for about 15 minutes, which I've heard helps. I also had a humidifier going in his room. He ended up sleeping with me (good thing Daddy was at work so there was room!). I was nervous about him being able to breath okay, and they said crying makes it worse, so I wanted him to be comfortable. He did okay from about Midnight - 5am, at which point the bark came back. So we got up and made another trip outside. I just checked www.weather.com and it's 26, so that's a good dose of cold air for us Texans! Hopefully this will be short-lived. I hate seeing my baby not feel well.

(Edited to add: just took his temperature - it's 101.3. That is the highest temp his ever had. He's just not a fever runner)
