Random

Well, I had a feeling 10 on Tuesday wouldn't last.....I didn't even get to 10 last Tuesday. But I do have a few random things to post. And I finally picked up my camera to get a few shots outside this evening before dinner. Lately, I've just used it for vacation and events....so it was fun to just play around again. And I really want to keep learning.

So, here we go with some random things:

I am so proud of Jackson and sleeping in his new room. The last 4 nights he has gone down without a peep, whereas before, he would cry for a few minutes. He still asks me every night, "You want to sleep with me?" But then he seems fine with my reponse of, "No, buddy, I need to sleep in my own bed." Our little boy is truly growing up. And I'm so glad that he's already all settled in his new room with plenty of time before baby arrives. And he seems to understand that his old nursery is now "the baby's room." Now, if only we could get him potty trained...

He just learned to put on his Crocs all by himself....here he is in action tonight. Oops - wrong foot! (he actually does know when he puts them on the wrong feet, laughs, and fixes them)

Baby Moree is acting like it wants to burst through the front of my belly. I remember Jackson poking and prodding, but not quite this much. It makes me laugh every time. And I play back with him or her, and try to figure out which body part is nudging me this time.

Overall, I'm feeling good still, but slowing down considerably. It's tough when Jackson wants to do things like Ring Around the Rosie, and won't settle for Mommy doing it on her knees, so "we all fall down" isn't quite as tough. And for me, it's "and we all STAY down!"
